INTRODUCTION

Human Resource Development And Research Institute (Hurdri) affiliated with “Council For Technical Education & Vocational Training” (CTEVT); is a major institute to provide lower level health manpower training. It is administered and staffed by the experienced professionals with longstanding career in organizing and implementation of different level of curriculum in different institutes of Nepal.

Institute is located in the prime location of the Babarmal, Kathmandu. The institute is established in 1996 and has earned reputation all over the country for its high quality interdisciplinary education.

Objectives:

  • To provide basic training in CMA/ ANM/ Lab. Assistant
  • To provide quality education in PCL in General Medicine / Nursing / Lab. Technician
  • To conduct different types of professional training.
  • To conduct different types of research to strengthen the national health care delivery system
  • To raise the health status of the community by implementing the community health services through the community development programs.
  • To development and publish the health education materials e.g. posters, pamphlet, books, manuals

Long Term Plans:

  • Establishment of placement and counseling cell in the college premises.
  • Continue quality management of academic activity through proper administrative and academic monitoring system.
  • Digitalized all the academic and administrative activity including monitoring and evaluation of administrative and academic activity of Development and operation of comprehensive software application complete academic management solution (CAMS) in own initiation.

  • Regular implementation of the routine academic activity.
  • Regular replace of the academic infrastructure including office equipment, lab equipment and chemicals and books in the library.
